Chapter 1:  The Paths are chosen

Lloyd Irving wanders the world of Symphonia.  Looking for exspheres, he seeks to destroy them all.  All of the exspheres were just too many.  Lloyd Irving was still using his.  Then it happened.  Lloyd removed his exsphere and became non-needing of it to release his dormant abilities.  Then the storm comes and he sees Remeil.

Lloyd says "Remeil!  How are you alive?"  Remeil says "Martel revived me and the Union of Angels.  We fight as good guys through.  The devils are rising and some of your friends have sided with them.  Please choose your path.  The Leaders of Mortals in the paths shall tell you the paths."  Zelos appears and says "I have been chosen to represent the devils on the Path of Darkness.  The Path of Darkness uses darkness within ourselves to defeat our opposing side."  Then Raine appears and says "I have been chosen to represent the Angels on the Path of light.  The path of light uses all holy spells to defeat our opposing side."  Remeil says "Which side do you choose?"

Lloyd says "I choose..."  He thinks about that neither side believes in peace.  He sees that both sides beileve in defeating the other to make peace.  His choice is perfectly clear to him.  Lloyd says "I choose neither side.  I wish to create a new side.  It's called the side of peace."  Everyone there gasps.  Remeil says "So you're the Chosen of Peace.  I see you believe that neither of us is the true enemy.  So you may be granted one wish."  Lloyd says "I wish for the destruction of all exspheres and the release of everyone's dormants Abilities."  Remeil says "That's insane but I must grant it."  He grants that wish and Colette keeps all of her memories.  THen Lloyd walks off to show the true enemy.
